The Pan-African Parliament,RECKONING that the continent needs a common library for its integration;CONSIDERING that the sum total of the knowledge acquired by African intellectuals should be protected and preserved;CONSIDERING that the Pan-African Parliament represents the peoples of Africa;CONCERNED to participate and contribute to the development and promotion of the world of intellectuals, researchers, academics and historians of the continent;DECIDES:1.To establish a Pan-African Library.
